Andy Gillis

Andy is the one who builds it. He’s been writing software for close to twenty years — much of it in healthcare, where a small mistake stops being a bug and becomes someone’s bad day — and holds a master’s in Information Systems from VCU. He’s persistent about test-driven development and clean architecture, not because they’re fashionable, but because they’re what let two people ship software you can actually trust. Off the clock, he plays music, spends time with family, and provides services as a Cat Butler.

Adam Williams

Adam has spent fifteen years helping coordinate care for his mom. He knows what it’s actually like: how much you carry, and how easily something slips when it all lives in one person’s head. That sits behind nearly every decision about what CareCoordinate should do — and what it should leave alone. His background is in operations and HR, including a decade running a business day to day, so taking something overwhelming and making it intuitive is familiar work. Off the clock, he gardens, spends time with family, and is also a dedicated Cat Butler.
