Boilerplate

In one sentence

CareCoordinate is a shared care record for families: medications, appointments, daily visits, documents and the household’s pets, kept in one place every caregiver can read, in eight languages, with an assistant that knows the care data.

In one paragraph

CareCoordinate is a caregiving app for families coordinating a loved one’s care across siblings, spouses and hired help. It keeps the medication list, appointments, daily visit logs, vital signs, bills, documents and the household’s pets in one shared record, with an AI assistant that knows that record and can add to it from a photo of a prescription label. It is published in eight languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog, Vietnamese, Korean, French and Arabic. The person being cared for gets their own read-only view, and a family can export everything it has entered and bring it back whole. CareCoordinate was built by Adam Williams and Andy Gillis, two family caregivers, and runs on the web, iPhone and Android.
